Description
This is a brie style cheese and comes in various sizes. It has the classic brie flavour and texture and is great served at room temperature with a selection of fruit or some sweet chutney, or even some tangy jam.
The name St Bartie's comes from St Bartholomew's Church at Benthall, which we can see from the farm and the cheese room. It is next to Benthall Hall a National Trust property.. The church there has many fond memories for our family for marriages and baptisms, but sadly is no longer in operation for church services.
